To make an appointment please send a brief referral letter through to the endoscopy unit (Fax number 020 7908 2088) for the attention of Dr Anthony Hobson or complete the new endoscopy request form and highlight the upper or lower GI Physiology option and provide a brief clinical history in the space provided. Our services are accessible to patients from across the UK and internationally
